Born and raised in Springhill, Louisiana, Devin attended North Webster High School and rose to notoriety on the gridiron as a running back. In fact, through his four years there, Devin totaled 5,031 yards and 81 touchdowns on the ground, which included a senior year performance of 1,650 yards and 31 touchdowns. Simultaneously, Devin saw time at linebacker as well, finishing his high school career with 192 tackles. His overall football ability earned him the No. 3 athlete label by ESPN while also being tabbed as the No. 12 overall prospect in Louisiana by Rivals. With an attractive recruiting profile, Devin White accepted an offer from LSU to stay in-state and play for the Tigers.
